# kakushi

> an implementation of [Freedesktop's Secrets API][1] for [himitsu][2]

**currently pre-alpha work in progress scrappy fiddle**

software confirmed working with kakushi:
- [Fractal] (version 9)
- [Epiphany] (version 47.2)
- `secret-tool` from [libsecret] (version 0.21.4)

software not yet working:
- [Seahorse] (doesn't show any collections)
- [Déjà Dup] (gets stuck in infinite loop of "Enter Password" on Google Drive backups - not sure if related to Secrets API)
